       "Effective, May 1, 2025, shall the Clerk of the City of Harvard by appointed by the Mayor, with

       advice and consent of the City Council, rather than be elected?"

Petitions may  not be circulated prior to August 20, 2024

Filing Dates are November 12 - 18, 2024

The City Clerk’s office is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm
