Code Enforcement Alert

As the seasons change and the weather improves, property maintenance becomes a top priority for Code Enforcement. With spring cleanup underway, the City of Harvard Planning and Building Department will be actively monitoring and enforcing property maintenance codes throughout the community.

It is important that all properties are kept in good repair, structurally sound, and maintained in a clean and sanitary condition so they do not pose a risk to public health, safety, or general welfare.
