Crime Stoppers is a Not for Profit Community Organization.

Crime Stoppers was designed to obtain information for law enforcement from those who would never provide the information unless they could remain anonymous.  As an added incentive to call, Crime Stoppers offers a reward for good information.  The information must come directly to Crime Stoppers and Crime Stoppers then forwards the information to the proper law enforcement agency.  Rewards are pay on arrests or property recoveries that are a result of the information received.

The Harvard Police Department is part of the National Crime Stoppers program.

Anyone can call the Crime Stoppers telephone number 1-815-943-4343 and give information anonymously about someone who committed a crime in Harvard.

They will be eligible to receive a reward up to a thousand dollars ($1,000.00) for information leading to arrest and conviction. Crime information can also be sent by e-mail to crimestoppers@cityofharvard.org
